I started our Northern Idaho house search, like most people, online. Over the next 18 months we visited CD’A twice, each time for 2 to 3 weeks, never finding quite what we wanted. Our first contact with Julie was approximately 4-1/2 yrs ago after my husband and I made a decision to move to Northern Idaho. My husband began to search online looking for homes that would attract our attention. After finding a home we were interested in he reached out to the realtor, which was our first introduction with Julie.
