I started our Northern Idaho house search, like most people, online. I signed up on many realty websites, but only Julie Patterson took the additional step of reaching out personally, and snail-mailing me additional info. When we came to Idaho to research the CD’A area real estate market, Julie was our first (and only) choice for realtor. Over the next 18 months we visited CD’A twice, each time for 2 to 3 weeks, never finding quite what we wanted. With Julie’s help, we learned that what we did not want in our new home was as important as what we did want. Each time we returned to our home state, Julie kept us updated on available listings, never forgetting the changes to our “must have - have not” list. Julie fully researched each house we had interest in, making and sending videos of those homes. Julie pointed out potential problems and ultimately talked us out of a number of listings. When the house we purchased came on market, she said “Go for it”, so we did. And we have no regrets. Now, I never buy shoes or clothes without trying them on first. Yet, we bought our new house, not actually seeing it in person, until two weeks after we signed the purchase agreements. Why? Because of our absolute trust in Julie. Even after completing the home sale Julie has remained in touch, assisting us in getting settled in our new community. If I can talk my sister into moving to Idaho, Julie Patterson is the only realtor we will recommend.

Our first contact with Julie was approximately 4-1/2 yrs ago after my husband and I made a decision to move to Northern Idaho. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor who is more knowledagable, listens to the clients desires and helped make certain the land we purchased, has a beautiful home that we were dreaming of.
