The Coeur d’Alene area has 18 lakes with 70 square miles of water and 245,000 acres of national forest. And 33,000 acres of state timberland. With an estimated population of 158,128 people.
Important industries are Construction, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Light Manufacturing, Recreation, Skilled Trades, and Professional Services.
The Coeur d’Alene area is growing fast with Baby Boomers retiring. And we have an exciting “New Technology” start-up environment lead by our homegrown Innovation Collective group.
I moved my family here in 2008 from Mission Viejo California. And we love the nice people, the four seasons, Natures beauty, and the EASIER Lifestyle.
